Elite Physical Therapy & Stability Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive outpatient orthopedic unit located in Arlington, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical history, performing various clinical assessments, and determining tailored treatment recommendations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical evidence while adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment strategies.
• Regularly document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and clarity in clinical records.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with patients, their families, and colleagues to establish trust and support through their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic protocols and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters primarily to patients with orthopedic concerns, including but not limited to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. The diversity in our patient demographic allows for a richly rewarding experience, where each therapist can apply their skills to a variety of cases and see the real impact of their work on patients' lives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years of experience in outpatient settings, preferably working with orthopedic populations. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with documentation requirements is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
