Commercial Construction Superintendent

You will have the autonomy to run your job while being supported by a team that understands field operations. This role is designed for a superintendent who takes pride in running clean, efficient, and well-managed projects without unnecessary chaos or corporate bureaucracy. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations from project start through completion Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance Communicate with project managers, clients, and field teams Ensure job sites remain organized, efficient, and on track Proactively identify and resolve jobsite challenges Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction Background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects preferred Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work Strong communication skills with field teams and project stakeholders Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability on every project Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Required Skills Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work Strong communication skills with field teams and project stakeholders Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability on every project Preferred Skills Background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects preferred Pay range and compensation package Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
