We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing team in the development of marketing plans and communication materials. This position is responsible for working with the marketing manager in the creation of business-building activities and marketing tools, including brand and product advertising, and development of content with internal and external groups. The Marketing Specialist also contributes to consumer and competitive research projects.Your ImpactThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to establish pathways for growth in both core and adjacent markets.Assist in the development and execution of multi-media campaigns, including print, media relations, digital platforms, and social media, to accomplish stated goals and metrics.Manage multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.Collaborate on company website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel maximization strategies.Support a world-class customer experience for events such as trade shows, facility visits, and program milestone events, ensuring communication content development, application and execution.Prepares reports to track media activity, KPIs and other metrics that measure progress.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience.Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.Standout QualificationsMaster's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA).Defense and aerospace industry experience.Existing relationships with US media outlets, especially trade publications in the construction industry.Exposure to international media markets and multicultural engagement.Graphic design experience.Strong writing and editing skills.Background in business writing, journalism, copy editing and/or original writing.Strong project management and interpersonal skills.Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.Working ConditionsThis role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.Pay Range:$57,600.00 - $90,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
