Customer Service Specialist

Supporting a high-volume inbound call environment, the full-time contract Remote Customer Service Specialist will handle customer calls, make occasional outbound calls, and update information while navigating multiple systems from a remote location. Key responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls and provide assistance in a timely manner Make occasional outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries Update customer information accurately while multitasking across various systems Required qualifications 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Experience handling high-volume inbound calls Strong typing and multitasking skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
