Implementation Project Director

Managing the entire implementation lifecycle, the remote Implementation Project Director will lead large-scale client projects, create project plans, and proactively address risks while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of strategic client projects Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks Analyze integration and workflow needs, providing training and resources to clients Required qualifications 5+ years of experience leading enterprise, client-facing implementation projects Experience with complex SaaS or health-tech solutions Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
