Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a broad spectrum of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relational issues, and trauma recovery. Our telehealth model enables you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations. Through personalized and compassionate care, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• A strong foundation in empathy and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic settings.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle caseload and documentation needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, experience in teletherapy, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and prior work in a similar private practice setting will be advantageous. Skills in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
