Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and interventions to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both within the office and community settings.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients, promoting an atmosphere of support and confidentiality.

• Develop integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and coordinate further assessments when necessary.

• Offer a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, utilizing techniques such as individual, group, and family therapy.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention when required, assisting clients in distress and ensuring their safety.
\n
• Maintain precise documentation, including timely report generation and data submission to support service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in team meetings and agency committees aimed at enhancing overall service quality and delivery.

• Carry a caseload of clients, monitoring their treatment progress and adjusting care plans as needed.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
