Pay & Schedule Pay: Up to $40/hour 1st Shift Available 2nd Shift Available Weekend Shift Opportunities Climate-Controlled Facility Long-Term Career Growth Stable, Growing Company 1st Shift Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM 2nd Shift Flexible shift schedules available Weekend Shifts Available to support work-life flexibility What You'll Do Set up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes for production runs Load CNC programs and perform machine setup for new jobs Set tool offsets and make machining adjustments to maintain tight tolerances Read, edit, and troubleshoot G-code and M-code programs Perform tool changes and wear compensation to ensure consistent quality Work with various metals and plastics used in precision manufacturing Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Hold extremely tight tolerances, including 0.0002" Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Utilize precision measuring equipment including: Micrometers Calipers Optical Comparators Apply SPC methods to monitor process capability and quality Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience Experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a production environment Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and machine setup Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience using precision measuring equipment Ability to maintain tight tolerances and produce quality parts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience performing preventative maintenance on CNC equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Citizen Swiss CNC lathes Experience with multi-axis CNC machines Familiarity with live tooling and sub-spindles Ability to read and edit G-code and M-code Mastercam or Esprit experience Knowledge of SPC and process capability analysis Aerospace manufacturing experience Medical device manufacturing experience Automotive precision machining experience Continuous improvement mindset Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
