Tomy Rivero Beauty is looking for a Spa Manager to become the face, energy, and heartbeat of our business.

We are a fast-growing, client-focused salon and spa dedicated to providing exceptional beauty and wellness services in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Salon/ Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. This role requires a fully bilingual professional (English & Spanish) who can communicate seamlessly with staff and a diverse client base. Weekend availability is mandatory. This is a  fast-paced, on-your-feet position — we need someone reliable who can multitask and keep things moving smoothly in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Experience

• Manage day-to-day salon/spa operations, opening/closing procedures, and appointment scheduling
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards; resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory management — order supplies, track product usage, and manage vendor relationships

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and front desk staff
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture that motivates staff and reduces turnover
• Create staff schedules that balance business needs with team availability, including weekend coverage

Sales & Financials

• Drive retail product sales and service upgrades to meet revenue targets
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and expense tracking
• Implement promotions and packages to boost bookings during slower periods

Bilingual Communication

• Serve Spanish-speaking clients with warmth and clarity — from booking to checkout
• Translate internal communications, signage, and promotional materials as needed
• Act as a bridge between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking staff

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting
• Fully bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to multitask — you'll be juggling clients, staff, inventory, and walk-ins all at once
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Cosmetology or esthetics license is a plus but not required

• Pay: $19-$21 based on experience
