Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans with clear goals and therapeutic interventions to guide the client’s progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to safeguard clients' well-being.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and punctually, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

Qualifications\n
