Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, ensuring that each evaluation reflects their unique situations.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, collaboratively involving clients in the planning process to align with their goals and values.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of diverse backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and bolster relationship dynamics, utilizing proven methods in relational therapy.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to clients’ progress and changing needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, being prepared to navigate emergency situations effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
