Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care via virtual sessions, employing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional measures to monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation through our digital therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in patient confidentiality.

• Provide consultation and support via the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and community among peers.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes to deliver results-driven care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, providing therapy for adolescents aged 13 and older, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
