This role is primarily remote with the flexibility to accommodate a balanced work-life schedule. While you may conduct sessions from the comfort of your home, you will maintain close connections with colleagues and your support network through regular team meetings and collaborative treatment planning. Our outpatient facility serves a wide range of clients, and you will have the opportunity to conduct therapy in a variety of formats including in-person, phone, and video sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and challenges, employing standardized tools when necessary.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, catering to individual client needs.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals and meet clients’ specific challenges, continually measuring and adjusting to enhance client outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic methods to foster a safe and supportive environment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide proactive crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing effective safety plans as necessary.

• Document all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups to provide additional resources and community support for clients seeking to improve their mental health.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families representing various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
