Sr Director, Software Engineering - Components

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience leading or building large, cross-functional teams of technology professionals
• Proven success influencing outcomes within highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering impact at scale
• Experience guiding complex initiatives that support system design, testing, and operational reliability
• Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
• Extensive hands-on experience in cloud-native environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders, customers, and executives
• Experience working at code level
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• Experience delivering developer platforms, SDKs, or reusable frameworks adopted across a large enterprise

• Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to advance enterprise technology goals, including scaling our reusable-components portfolio from flagship frameworks to a broader set of offerings
• Direct several technical areas with strategic focus, often overseeing teams across multiple platforms, divisions, and business units
• Provide leadership and high-level direction to teams, set strategic priorities, and champion secure-by-default engineering and applied AI across our portfolio
• Serve as the main point of contact for senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, building alignment across competing priorities
• Manage multiple stakeholders, complex programs, and large cross-product collaborations
• Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams, while fostering a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
