Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is seeking a Case Manager focused on its Permanent Supportive Housing Program. You will build ongoing client relationships, assess housing needs, assist with budgeting, and navigate housing resources to promote stability. The role entails crisis intervention, individualized planning, and collaboration with housing staff to support residents. You will help identify barriers to stable housing, engage clients in IOCP programs, and administer rent #J-18808-Ljbffr
