Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Utilize a goal-oriented, solution-focused therapeutic approach to assist clients in developing coping strategies for challenges such as anxiety, stress, and depression.

• Document progress and develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal frameworks in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and relevant training workshops aimed at enhancing therapist skills and knowledge in the field.

As a Mental Health Counselor at It Takes A Village, you will primarily serve a diverse population of adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
