Front Office Coordinator

Heritage Oak Private Education

BASIS Independent Manhattan Lower is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for immediate hire. What We’re Looking For The Front Office Coordinator provides support to faculty and staff to meet the mission of BASIS. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, assisting parents and teachers, and performing office clerical tasks. Primary Responsibilities Develop a positive school culture and provide high levels of customer service to faculty, staff, parents, and visitors. Greet and direct all campus visitors. Support hospitality efforts for main entry. Serve as main point of contact for information flow in and out of the building. Perform office tasks related to student data collection, parent-school communication, and student-office communication. Schedule meetings between teachers and parents during assigned teacher/parent hours. Provide administrative support to teachers. Coordinate student late arrivals and early departures recording sign-in/sign-out log and reconcile these records with student attendance data. Position Qualifications Minimum: High school diploma; strong customer service skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Preferred: Experience with children; proficiency in Microsoft Word; high level of personal responsibility and optimism; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment.
