Your Role as a Sales Center Specialist
As the voice of our sales center, your day-to-day will involve:

• First Impressions: The friendly, professional first point of contact for all incoming calls and customer inquiries. 
• Lead Triage & Qualification: Gathering initial details from inbound leads and smoothly routing them to the appropriate commercial or residential sales team member. 
• Data Management: Accurately entering and updating customer information, sales notes, and appointment details into our database in real-time. 
• Schedule Coordination: Booking, confirming, and verifying customer appointments to ensure our sales team is set up for success. 
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicating effectively with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer journey from the first call to the final move. 
• Administrative Support: Assisting with document management, follow-up communications, and general office workflows. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• A warm, highly professional communication style (both verbal and written) with a passion for helping people. 
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask without losing your attention to detail. 
• Confidence in using computers, navigating Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn our customer database/CRM software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
• A team-player who is just as comfortable working independently as they are collaborating with a busy sales team.
