Qualifications:

• Active New York Physical Therapy license (PT – New York)
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services to preschool and school-aged students, fostering mobility and participation
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure coordinated support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

This contract position offers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through late June 2027. You’ll be working on a dynamic caseload and making a tangible difference every day.
