Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identify their strengths, and understand available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement detailed treatment plans that incorporate personalized goals and interventions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring the safety of clients at all times.

• Maintain meticulous documentation according to ethical, professional, and legal standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in record-keeping.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among participants.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
