Role Overview The Associate, Production Management (Para‑Professional & Support Path) is primarily responsible for assisting with production activities, developing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist with production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources. Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions. Lead and/or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement. Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent. Follow established procedures with limited decision‑making authority, contributing to efficient business operations through accurate task completion. Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English. 3 Years of Relevant Experience. Work Hours & Travel 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday: 4:15PM CST – 2:45AM CST. Travel Requirements: 0‑5%。 Location: Onsite.
