Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, handling a caseload while maintaining high standards of care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a private practice or community health setting is a plus, as is familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities. Specialization in specific areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy is preferred, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and previous experience.
