Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of a remote work setting, paired with the structure of an outpatient office environment. You will engage primarily with clients via telehealth, but also participate in collaborative team meetings and consultations as needed to ensure continuity of care. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will enjoy a balanced work-life integration that aligns with your professional and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose clients' mental health conditions, crafting tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 sessions per week, providing therapy services individually, to families, and in group settings.
\n
• Maintain accurate and insightful documentation for each client session, including treatment plan reviews and detailed case notes in accordance with our company protocols.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other providers.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to support clients in reaching their goals and overcoming challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include children, adolescents, couples, and families facing diverse challenges such as relationship conflicts, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders. Familiarity and comfort in working with a varied demographic is essential to effectively tailor your therapeutic approach to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of family therapy modalities and community resources beneficial for client support.

• Proficient in preparing treatment documentation, case notes, and assessments as per mental health standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
