Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family psychotherapy sessions to aid clients facing emotional and social challenges, ensuring all treatments align with client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
\n
• Provide supervision to interns and trainees, guiding them in their clinical practice while ensuring they meet academic and organizational documentation requirements.

• Facilitate ongoing training and workshops for clinical staff and interns, adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of state and federal healthcare policies.
\n
• Participate in the internship program by monitoring performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, and managing recruitment and onboarding processes for interns.
\n
• Ensure adherence to clinical program objectives, standards, and procedures while contributing to quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
\n
• Address urgent and non-urgent client crises through direct clinical consultation via telephone and in person, optimizing client safety and treatment efficacy.

• Attend regular team meetings to discuss client care strategies, share best practices, and contribute to organizational projects and growth initiatives.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the clinic's goals.

Qualifications\n

The Behavioral Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
