This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote working environment, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home. While adhering to standard working hours of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will utilize telehealth platforms to reach our diverse clientele efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders, focusing on the frequency and intensity of their symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and needs, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to engage with their treatment actively.

• Monitor overall client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans based on analysis and observable outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. This may include discussing medication management and co-occurring treatment plans.

• Stay informed on the latest research regarding mood disorders and therapeutic interventions to enhance treatment practices at the clinic.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and secure.

• Participate in case consultations, regular team meetings, and opportunities for professional development to enhance team knowledge and service delivery.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigma and enhance access to necessary services.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
