Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological and emotional well-being, utilizing teletherapy tools to gather information effectively.

• Design personalized treatment plans by evaluating clients' unique needs and incorporating best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship problems, while ensuring a warm and welcoming virtual environment.

• Hold couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening bonds, employing strategies tailored to each couple's dynamics.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external professionals to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the State Board is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices, with a particular focus on engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
