Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients efficiently.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand client needs, and develop customized treatment plans that outline goals and strategies for success.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, to guide your sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and sharing insights to enhance collective client care.

• Support clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma histories, and significant life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in California is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working in outpatient settings, community mental health, or private practice, with a strong understanding of client care dynamics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a profound passion for assisting diverse populations towards mental wellness.

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technology is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive an attractive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to comprehensive benefits. Our offerings include:
