Talent Acquisition Partner - High Volume

Overview We are seeking a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for our Driving School while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and determine effective sourcing strategies by conducting timely intake sessions, setting clear expectations, and coordinating interview plans. Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions, including roles with significant turnover and ongoing hiring demands. Handle a high volume of candidate communication and phone activity daily, including screening calls, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer discussions. Identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse slate of candidates, providing regular updates to hiring managers and/or partnering business partners. Work in compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements by effectively screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Build candidate relationships, articulating the benefits of the role and the organization. Initiate and manage the offer process, including presenting verbal offers. Maintain engagement with candidates throughout the post-offer and onboarding process. Coordinate and initiate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and recruiting metrics. Stay informed of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices. Support additional talent acquisition and sourcing initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation). At least 1 year of sourcing experience using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing tools. Experience recruiting for high-volume positions and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proven experience conducting a high volume of phone screenings and candidate outreach activities. Must be available to work on site at the Omaha location. Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Ability to effectively manage multiple and sometimes changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Staffing/HR Agency experience preferred. Experience with Workday ATS preferred. Benefits This position is eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
