Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

An international corporation in the Houston, TX area is currently seeking a capable Accounting & Administrative Coordinator with recent account reconciliations' experience to join their organization. This is a full‑time job, M‑F (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), direct‑hire with full benefits opportunity and hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely). Responsible for day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for the organization. Ensure all journals are closely reviewed. Manage the closing process, monthly, quarterly, and year‑end. Monitor financial systems and produce financial statements. Provide financial analysis and consultation to executives regarding important decisions. Collaborate with business and internal control departments to accurately produce financial reports. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred (Associate’s level required). 2+ years of experience in accounting (recent experience in reconciliations is a plus). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, etc.). 2+ years of AP/AR experience. Month‑end experience. Understanding of GAAP.
