Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse client population, assisting individuals with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both telehealth and in-vivo interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring comprehensive service delivery that aligns with client goals.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to identify client needs, risks, and appropriate treatment modalities, adapting strategies as client dynamics change.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to maximize client engagement and outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to meet regulatory compliance and achieve operational efficiency.

• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, using de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure client well-being.

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition and overall safety, following established protocols to address potential risks promptly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
