Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and behaviors.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on a comprehensive clinical assessment of patients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills and relationship dynamics among family members.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
