Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, communication, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Provide information regarding products, services, and company activities.
• Assist customers with general questions and requests.
• Support appointment scheduling and daily front desk activities.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Receive and direct visitors appropriately.
• Assist with incoming mail, deliveries, and routine office activities.
• Maintain accurate records and basic administrative information.

• Communicate customer questions or concerns to the appropriate team members.
