Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings (preferred)
• Competence in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) platforms
• Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill development techniques
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to inclusive practices and student engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students PreK–12
• Deliver direct OT services, adapting interventions to support students’ motor skills, self-care abilities, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure students’ needs are met in both general and special education settings
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings, progress updates, and parent communications
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach students learning remotely
• Provide consultation and resources to school staff and families
