Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients that outline clear goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, effectively handling urgent situations with compassion and expertise.

• Advocate for clients' rights while connecting them with crucial community resources and providing consistent case management support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
