Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting clinical assessments to determine their needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to client requests and presenting problems, ensuring that treatment plans align with ethical best practices.

• Implement integrated care plans, facilitating access to additional resources and linking clients with necessary services.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and coordinate detailed assessments as required to establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Collaborate closely with team members to set and achieve common goals, actively participating in team meetings and case reviews.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely, including completing reports and data submissions in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, ensuring client safety while promoting empowerment and choice in treatment.

• Be available for on-call coverage and participate in interdepartmental committees aimed at enhancing service quality and delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, with an active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
