Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad age spectrum, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Manage your client caseload efficiently by scheduling and conducting ongoing appointments, while maintaining an organized calendar to ensure availability and continuity of care.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions, inclusive of treatment notes and progress updates, contributing to a holistic view of patient care.

• Collaborate with other therapy professionals to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

• Utilize our billing service for efficient claims processing, as well as eligibility checks and payment plans, ensuring consistent financial management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Healing Springs, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on clients experiencing significant life transitions associated with end-of-life care. Your role is crucial in addressing emotional distress, anxiety, and grief, helping them navigate these complex feelings with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, allowing for independent practice.

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work full-time with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, which can be complemented by performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
