This position is onsite at our well-equipped outpatient office in West Palm Beach, a vibrant city known for its beautiful beaches and warm climate. As part of our outpatient team, you will work closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to deliver cohesive care. Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist at Atmore Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to determine their individual needs.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical best practices.
• Providing ongoing assessments and modifications to treatment plans in response to patient progress and response to therapies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments performed, and progress notes in accordance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Participating in community outreach programs and marketing efforts to promote our services and engage with the community.
• Attending and contributing to staff meetings, clinical discussions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related physical challenges. You will provide compassionate care and tailored therapeutic approaches to meet patients' unique needs, emphasizing their comfort and involvement in the recovery process. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their independence.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general computer skills, including word processing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly with a diverse range of conditions.
• Experience in developing community outreach initiatives or marketing strategies.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic methods or certifications, such as Manual Therapy or Dry Needling.

Compensation and Benefits

Atmore Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
