ReceptionistHours of Operation: Boston: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, with a 1/2 hr break - excluding company holidays. Temp to perm, for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Maintain and adhere to corporate professional dress code and grooming standardsGreet and welcome visitors upon arrival or over the phone - 1st point of contact for leadership, clients, service reps, workers and guests.Maintain best-in-class telephone etiquette, customer service and hospitality at all timesProvide appropriate guidance to clients, guests and colleaguesPresent a friendly, outgoing, energetic and client service-oriented demeanor at all timesProvide assistance to walk-in clients by contacting one of the service reps or their manager, onsiteBuild a rapport with guests and be able to multi-taskRegister all incoming guests and notify party of guest’s arrival immediately via email or phoneProvide visitors Access Control ID badges, as required, and record on Daily Badge Issue LogProvide temporary Access Control ID badges to employees or contractor whom may have forgotten or not have one and add to their profile in the Genetec Enterprise Security SystemProficient in Microsoft Office, requiredSolid organizational skills, requiredProvide assistance with administrative duties as directedKeep Reception area clean and organized at all timesEnsure no eating or drinking occurs at the desk at anytimeMust be comfortable sitting at desk for entire shift, except breaks and lunch or other work-related tasks.General services requirements:Assist caterer, onsite or external, with food delivery location and set-upContact catering to clean-up after meeting has endedInform facilities when maintenance is needed, such as, light out, carpet spill or damage, walls or millwork, furniture related issuesInform Landlord via Aware workorder for any building related issues; restrooms, elevators, etc.
