Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that drive successful outcomes.

• Engage clients using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, depending on the patient's needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a highly skilled treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance holistic client care and treatment strategies.

• Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research, treatment methodologies, and community resources to provide informed guidance and support.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
