Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs, including physical assessments and functional movement tests.
• Design, implement, and continuously modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery and restore mobility.
• Monitor patients' progress and document treatment outcomes in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation protocols, home exercises, and strategies for preventing future injuries.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals of all ages recovering from surgical interventions, fractures, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
