Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying specific goals and requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour and ensuring highly personalized attention.
• Equip patients with tailored treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities for optimal recovery.
• Utilize proven manual therapy techniques, addressing pain relief and improving functional mobility.
• Reduce patients' dependency on medications by providing effective alternatives and strategies for pain management.
• Encourage active patient participation in their rehabilitation process, fostering a motivating environment for treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to track outcomes and treatment efficacy.
• Evaluate treatment results regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Promote a healthy, active lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall wellness.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package in the range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
