Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions, using standardized assessment tools and clinical knowledge.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and challenges while utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment sessions and adjust therapeutic goals as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and proper use of assistive devices to promote independence and enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Stay current with developments in the field through ongoing education, participation in workshops, and engagement with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Fountain Hills Physiotherapy, you will primarily work with adults and elder patients with orthopedic conditions. This includes those recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements and ligament repairs, as well as those managing chronic musculoskeletal pain. Your role will involve fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship with patients, guiding them through their recovery, and helping them regain their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Proficient in electronic health records and relevant software applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred but not required.
• Mentoring and developing skills with new graduates and therapy students are welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
