Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our modern outpatient office environment, providing direct care to patients Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patients' physical conditions to create tailored treatment plans that address their goals and functional needs.
• Provide direct patient care by seeing 2 to 3 patients per hour, ensuring that each session is structured to maximize therapeutic benefits.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and share insights regarding treatment efficacy.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving clients' overall health through increased strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering their commitment to achieving optimal health outcomes.
• Analyze ongoing treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions on record.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the capability to obtain one before starting employment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Strong capacity to work both independently and as an integral component of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based practice and holistic treatment strategies.
• Experience in developing and leading patient education programs to enhance self-management among clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
