The candidate will actively engage in client meetings, pitches, presentations, and RFPs, ensuring the successful completion of the sales process.**Products:** Responsible for securing new sales and growing and retaining existing accounts selling print solutions.**About the Role:**In this opportunity, as **New Business Development Executive** you will:* Implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and create go-to-market initiatives.* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, leveraging your network and expertise to generate new business and grow existing accounts.* Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant in an ever-changing market.* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to your manager and other key stakeholders.* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the wider organization to drive continuous improvement.* Act as the point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and manage the sales process from start to finish.* Meet agreed-upon targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.* Perform other duties as assigned.**About You:**You're a fit for the role of **New Business Development Executive** if your background includes:* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field* 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role* Strong knowledge of the book publishing market and an understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in this space* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels* Driven and results-oriented approach, with a passion for developing and delivering innovative solutions* Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment* Comprehensive knowledge of the product development life cycle* Ability to manage time well and work independently#LI-AY1* **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $136,500 USD - $253,500 USD.Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
