We are looking for experienced BOH Team Members! Role Specific Requirments: Line/Pastry Cook:- At least 1 year of experience in casual and fine dining.
- A strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful
- Flexible schedule is required
- Punctuality is a must
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus
- Organizational skills
- Cleaning floors, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas
- Removing trash and replacing supplies
- Moving furniture or equipment
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the restaurant
