About the Role:
Small law firm is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our clients by managing cases from intake to resolution in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor active legal cases from intake through resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case status updates and addressing inquiries
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and third parties
• Organize and maintain accurate case files, records, and documentation
• Track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones to ensure timely progression
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering evidence and medical records
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and other legal documents as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal injury case manager
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
