Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective counseling sessions to individuals, families, and couples.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards within the behavioral health field.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop integrated treatment plans and enhance overall patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse patient population, including youth and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to traditional mental health resources, making your role essential in bridging that gap and providing critical support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health ethical standards, legal guidelines, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 , commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus of $3,000 .
