Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing assignments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions are executed properly, all service staff are trained in procedures, and the front counter McCafé and drive‑thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, provides training, schedules staff to meet sales and profit goals, helps new crew members start positively, and recognizes and motivates them throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible scheduling and passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
