Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care for ICU-level patients across relevant age groups, aligned with unit standards.
- Monitor patient status, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and manage critical care equipment and monitoring devices.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other personnel; document assessments and interventions; communicate with patients’ families as appropriate.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality of care; respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate to the medical team as needed.
- Adhere to unit policies, procedure workflows, and the mission and goals of the care setting; demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification required
- ICU nursing experience is preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with a 36-hour workweek
- Eligible for travel credentialing and able to complete required screenings
