A leading professional services organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Accounting team. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, vendor management, invoice review, payment processing, and supporting month-end activities. Responsibilities A leading professional services organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Accounting team. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, vendor management, invoice review, payment processing, and supporting month-end activities. Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee expense reports Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records and support onboarding of new vendors Assist with month-end close, accruals, account reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking Research and resolve invoice, coding, and payment issues Partner with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and accurate expense allocation Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience within legal, banking, financial services, consulting, or other professional services environments strongly preferred Solid understanding of AP fundamentals, including invoice coding, accruals, prepaid expenses, and account reconciliations Experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex coding structures Naturally inquisitive and comfortable researching discrepancies and asking questions when something doesn't look right Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
